As part of a large-scale reengineering effort for internal Help Desk, Problem Management, and Change Management functions within an IT organization, our client needed to develop and implement communication plans for the initiatives as well as ongoing communications for the functions themselves.
Solution:
We assessed the existing environment through interviews and artifact review and defined and promoted the best of breed communication models and marketing structures for those specific functions. We then created and executed an integrated marketing communications plan, including the development of additional communication channels to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Lastly we developed, organized, and taught application and process training programs.
